Here's how to get early vegetables from your vegetable garden using recycled water jugs from award winning garden author Doug Green - from www.douggreensgarden.com Cut the bottom off a recycled water jug - duct tape the top so that you can open it during the day and close it at night to protect your tender vegetable seedlings. The extra heat and humidity under the plastic acts as a mini-greenhouse to grow much faster seedlings. This system can be used with all kinds of vegetable seeds and transplants (including getting early tomatoes) to give an extra shot of heat and help them along. The only thing a gardener has to be aware of is not letting the cloche stay on too long into the gardening season and summer - because if it gets to hot under the cloche during the day, it can stunt flowers (so plan on removing it during the day and putting it back on at night) This technique is particularly good for growing green peppers

Back in September of 2011 we were approached by Todd Murphy formerly of State Farm Insurance here in Tuscaloosa and also a song writer in his own right to come up with some images to go along with a song he and Greg Barnhill co-wrote. Barnhill is an award winning song writer, A-List Vocalist & Top-Notch Producer. Barnhill has written songs for Tim McGraw, Jessica Simpson, Etta James, and most recently one of his song was sung by Don Henley and Trisha Yearwood. Barnhill has also produced theme songs & jingles for: The Today Show, The View, Crown Royal, (NFL) Tennessee Titans, (NHL) Nashville Predators, and several older shows you might recognize: Baywatch, Growing Pains, and Murphy Brown just to mention a few. To be asked to collaborate on this project was humbling and a great honor. The song featured in this video montage was first hear! d at Heroes In The Storm Fundraiser at the Bryant Denny Stadium (The Zone) back in 2011 and since then Murphy and Barnhill have written several more songs. The show must go on, says Vice President of the Saint Lucia Tourist Board Tracey Warner-Arnold on the 21st Edition of Saint Lucia Jazz. It was announced on Friday that the headline act for main stage Saint Lucia Jazz on Sunday Lionel Richie had cancelled. In his place are not one but two acts, Diana Ross and Toni Braxton. The Tourist Board says there has so far been no negative fallout from the change in the lineup but says it will mange whatever may come up to ensure the success of the 21syt edition of Saint Lucia Jazz.

Having achieved great success as a live band debuted on the LP in 1971. The record, whose title is merely synonymous with the band's name, presents a mixture of progressive psychedelic rock, folk and country where the vocal harmonies during the quiet songs reminiscent of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young. Already in the next release Second Sight in 1972, Barker was replaced with the eternally seeking Gudman Ken on drums, without significantly changing soundscape. Satisfied Mind is possibly a fairly traditional country tune, but it! was an unusually popular sing-along number, including on the first Roskilde festivals. A few months after they released their third album, Going for a Song, where Niels Vangkilde, guitar, Niels Tuxen, steel guitar and Tom McEwan, drums had been replaced Henriksen and Gudman. Jessi's Dean acoustic was used in the main riffs--tuned to an open D chord, or maybe D9 I can't remember. I watched a Gungor video, and decided to add some beboxing and clapping. This whole dubstep thing is fun, and I learned how to change tempo of individual Dr. OctoRex clips with my Reason 6 software. The lyrics rang through my head at midnight last week at church when everything was empty and dark, and I had just vacuumed an oreo cookie left under the soundboard by early settlers in the 1830s. I remembered that God can take the hardest-hearted, the dried-out, the angry, the stubborn, and those afraid of change (sickness is change. death is change. so we hold-on to the try to stop the changes that we think that we can control, knowing that it is futile to try to control the real changes in life) and do new things with them.
